A un-cued video to push play on those days you don't feel like being talked to! x4 repetitions of 60 seconds of movement and repeated for 5 rounds in total. A mix between upper body and lower legs - a complete workout in 22 minutes.   Props: Dumbbells. I'm using 1kg.
