Terms and Conditions

Packages

• Classes are currently held at Ponsonby School of Dance, 28 Hargreaves Street and Wellesley Studios, 113 Wellesley Street West.
• New Location Offer: Two Classes for One expires 21 days from first use. New and exisiting clients eligible to purchase. 1 per person. Can be used between different locations. Cannot be split between 2 people.
• 5 Class Pack valid for 6 months from date of purchase
• 10 Class Pack valid for 6 months from date of purchase
• Student pricing not available online. Just show us your current ID next time you're in the studio to receive single classes for $15 or a x5 pack $70

Cancellations

• Clients must cancel class reservations at least 6 hours in advance of a scheduled class. Please log into your profile on Mindbody and cancel online.
• Failing to cancel in time or failing to turn up for class will result in the full class price being charged, or the class being lost if a class pack has been purchased.

Payment processing

• Ezidebit NZ Ltd debits payments on behalf of Barrefigure from your nominated credit/debit card and "Ezidebit" will appear on your statement.
• Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account as the transaction may take several days to process and failed payment fees will apply should there be insufficient funds. The failed payment fee of $14.95 for any declined, expired or invalid credit or debit card payment, payable to Ezidebit.
• All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable (except as required by law). Studio credit is available.
• Refer a friend - the friend must reference your name on the registration form for you to receive a $10 credit.

Variations

• Barrefigure reserves the right to change classes and instructors without notice. Changes to fee and other terms will be notified via our communication channels.

Privacy Statement:

• Any personal information collected by Barrefigure in connection with this registration will only be used or disclosed for the purposes of ensuring performance of our services. This may include disclosure within our organisation and to other parties involved in performing the services. We will comply with relevant privacy laws in respect of any personal information we collect. Because we use Mindbody Inc and Ezidebit NZ Ltd to process payments, you consent to and understand that your personal information may be sent to those organisations, and may be transferred, processed and stored outside of New Zealand.
