What to expect in class?
Barrefigure SIGNATURE is a targeted body sculpting 60 minute class structured to develop lean muscle, mobility and flexibility through low impact, high rep movements using the principles of ballet, Pilates and strength training. Using your own body weight as resistance, combined with small hand weights, balls and the ballet barre, we move quickly from exercise to exercise with an emphasis on correct form and technique, to gently raise the heart rate and work the muscles to exhaustion. We finish the class with mindful stretches to recenter yourself so you leave feeling energized, renewed and stronger - both mentally and physically.

What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Socks are required for hygiene reasons and non-slip socks are available for purchase at the studio for $20.

What should I bring?
If it’s your first time, please arrive 5 minutes early so we can introduce ourselves and ask if you have any injuries etc. We will provide all the equipment necessary to have a great workout, but you are encouraged to bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. Please silence your cell phones before class, as this can be distracting to the teacher and your fellow students. For health and safety reasons, clients are not permitted into the studio room eight minutes past the start of class.
